Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator

Due to the growth of our practice, Rawlins Orthodontics is seeking the right individual to become a full-time Treatment Coordinator. We offer a competitive Benefits Package depending on experience and qualifications.

The Treatment Coordinator is responsible for informing potential patients the benefits of our practice, so they will choose to become one of our very special patients.

We are seeking an intelligent, self-motivated, outgoing, sales oriented person with an accomplished background in marketing and sales. This individual must reflect the highest degree of professionalism while being personable. We are looking for someone who has exceptional relationship-building skills, loves life, has a can do attitude, takes pride in closing a sale, can prioritize, is a team player, and has excellent telephone and communication skills. We believe you should have a health oriented in lifestyle, people friendly, and personally stable.

Candidates with prior experience/knowledge with this position in the dental field is a definite plus, but not required. We are willing to train the right individual.
