Organic & Natural Products Sales Executive

Organic Sun-dried Fruit Company is currently seeking a Sales Executive

Working hours 8 am to 4 pm

40 hours a week, 8 hours per day

compensation: 20/hour + Commission.

Responsibilities

• Developing networks with brokers and distributors -Retail Chain Accounts
• Servicing existing accounts with all aspects of order processing
• Managing independent brokers and working directly with key accounts * Plan/carry out/support local marketing activities to agreed budgets and timetables, and integrate personal sales efforts with other organized marketing activities (product launches, social media, promotions, advertising, and trade shows) * Create relationships with organic and natural products distributors * Make direct sales calls * Establish direct, regular communication with sales brokers via telephone, email, and in-person meetings * Attend trade shows, distributor table tops, and broker sales training as required * Increase sales revenue within the natural products channel according to company goals and expectations

We will train if needed (but we expect all work to be completed by you)

• Preparation of orders and purchase orders for USA customers
• Send, receive, and deposit checks to the bank
• Following up on payments
• Handle logistics of warehouse inventory
• Assist with document preparation (including scanning and the organization of physical and electronic documents)
• Various other office tasks and duties

Preferred Qualifications

• Preferably have 1-5 years of organic/natural food products industry sales experience * Familiarity with distributor and broker networks * Bachelor’s Degree * Outstanding organizational skills, and excellent decision making ability * Ability to multi-task, constantly prioritize, manage time and deadlines * Excellent written, oral and listening skills * Strong negotiation and presentation skills * Exceptional work ethic * Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Valid driver’s license
• Must speak English, but other languages (Spanish) is a plus
