About This Opportunity:
This position assists with the timely and accurate support of applications for Oracle R12 E-business Suite (EBS) supported by FIS. Primary responsibility is to manage and resolve production incidents and issues, be the central point of contact for complex Oracle technical questions and coordination of issues, ensure the communication between teams is fluid and encourage collaboration.

Responsibilities:
Working the Service Now Help Desk tickets and issues via the Incident Management process Open, monitor and work Oracle SRs by utilizing your skills, experience and knowledge of Oracle. This includes coordinating/communicating with functional SMEs.

Assist the functional, development and operational team members to resolve issues

Resolve customer issues submitted, via Help Desk Service Now

Setup and configuration of Oracle Financials modules as required

Work closely with Oracle Development team as outlined in the migration process for moves from DEV to UAT to Production or Production Support to Production, if required.

Research, identify patches or other Oracle solutions and manage via the inComm Oracle Patch Process.

Open, monitor and work Oracle SRs by utilizing your skills, experience and knowledge of Oracle. This includes coordinating/communicating with functional SMEs.

Actively oversee and coordinate the work of functional, development and operational team members to resolve issues

Technical contact for non-database related problems with 3rd parties (Banks, Vendors) & 3rd party software vendors for assistance in Production problem identification and resolution

Position requires 24×7 On Call rotation supporting production EBS environments

Qualifications:
Experience & Education:
Minimum 4 – 6 years’ experience with Oracle ERP Financials R12 in a support role is required

Previous experience in at least 3 or 4 of the following modules, GL, AP, AR, PO, INV, Channel Revenue Management (ChRM) & CM modules (R12) is required.

Previous experience in one or more of the following modules, PA, FA, iExp, iProc, OM or Advanced Pricing a plus

Experience in SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle 8i/9i/10G, Oracle Discoverer (10G), required

Knowledge of Oracle Alerts, Workflow and Concurrent Manager required

Experience with interface creation and support via EDI and Oracle API required.

Must be available for after-hours support, especially during month end closing

BS in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
