Oracle Production Support Analyst (AMGA600)

Overview

We are currently hiring an Oracle EBS Production Support Analyst in our Sunnyvale, CA location. This position is responsible for monitoring Oracle EBS production environment and as a tier one support to monitor Oracle related tickets. Additional responsibilities are QA testing and deployments of new functions and enhancements.

Key ResponsibilitiesMonitors tickets on Oracle EBS production and performs first level troubleshootingCoordinates efforts to resolve production tickets by communicating issues to internal customers, responsible IT engineers, and IT managers until resolutionsResponsible for creation of Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for major production issuesOracle EBS User AdministrationQA testing and coordination on deployments of enhancementsSupport IT business processes of change management, configuration management, and business continuityParticipates new product initiations (NPI) releasesSupport quarterly/annually IT SOX audit

Qualifications: 4-year degree and experience in Information TechnologiesPrevious Oracle EBS experience is required. Good knowledge in Oracle EBS fundamentals of some functional modules (OM, WSH, INV, AP, AR, GL). Production Support experiences in System AdminDemonstrates troubleshooting and interpersonal skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExcellent analytical skills with ability to troubleshoot problems and identify root causesAbility to adapt to changing situations, multi-tasking, prioritizations and deadlines Ability to work well independently and in a team environment
