Mandatory Qualifications:

• Expert 84+ Months experience in analysis, design, coding, component and assembly testing of all application code owned by the Application Team; Maintenance (Including production support), enhancement and development work; Write application software, data analysis, data access, data structures, data manipulation, databases, design, programming, testing and implementation, technical and user documentation, software conversions; Candidate is able to provide leadership of large teams and/or extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field.
• 84 Months Experience in Object Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) in designing and implementing Information Technology Solutions using the Java programming language.

Other Requested Qualifications:

• 48 Months Experience in Oracle PL/SQL and developing procedures and packages.
• 36 Months Experience in using the Spring framework
• 24 Months Experience in using the Struts framework
• 24 Months Experience using JavaScript frameworks
• 12 Months Experience building Responsive Web applications
• 12 Months Experience developing Java Web Services (REST and SOAP)
