Oracle Order-to-Cash Business Analyst

Perform functional and gap analysis, gather business requirements and process mapping, prepare functional specifications to meet business requirements, configure application, participate and lead testing activity, and assist with data migration and end-user training. Prepare functional design and configuration documents following AIM Methodology, solution design, testing (unit, system integration & performance) and post-production support. Conduct ERP milestones like Conference Room Pilot, System Integration Testing, and User Acceptance Testing. Assist with Go-Live for divisional rollouts. Proficient use of Oracle E-Business Suite Applications (11i and R12), specifically the Order-to-Cash (Trading Community Architecture, Order Management, Accounts Receivable, Advanced Pricing, Inventory and Warehouse Management, Channel Revenue Management) and the Oracle Incentive Compensation module, as well as Oracle Multi-Organization structures and Oracle’s intercompany order processing (Internal Requisition/Internal Sales Order and Internal Drop Ship, EDI order processing, Oracle SQL & PL/SQL, hands-on involvement in end-to-end full life cycle implementations, upgrades, and production support projects). Assist with integration between PCM (quote and order configurator) and Oracle. Participate in internal and process audits, provide regular status reports to Management, work as the liaison between customers and application development team, manage project deadlines and schedules, and coordinate with the offshore team and vendors. Responsible for the overall Oracle Order-to-Cash solution design and delivery as the Oracle subject matter expert.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering + 5 years of experience in Oracle Order-to-Cash (Order Management, Trading Community Architecture, Advanced Pricing, Inventory and Warehouse Management, Channel Revenue Management and Oracle’s intercompany order processing) and EDI order processing.
