Oracle EBS Senior Business Analyst

role is responsible for supporting, maintaining and growing the ERP solution that supports business processes in the following areas Order Management, Procurement, Project Management, Project Manufacturing, MRP, BOM, WIP and Inventory. Additional scope of supported ERP solutions include General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, Project Accounting and Project Billing. Responsibilities include configuration, data analysis, business process evaluation and development, enhancement design, development, testing and documentation. This position will participate in full lifecycle initiatives in accordance with controlled system development lifecycle standards. Work as part of a team to provide technical support for day to day Oracle application issues.Support and maintain Oracle EBS, including assisting in troubleshooting incidents and identifying and documenting functional errors.Work with Toshibas North American Shared Service Center NASSC and Oracle support services to resolve technical issues and software updates.Develop functional and technical design specifications for application enhancements and oversee development, test, user acceptance and implementation.Document and maintain system processes, configuration and test plans making business process improvement recommendations where necessary.Provide support for production reporting requirements including report design, report development, data extraction and ad hoc reporting Management and monitoring of EBS application security.Communicate system and project status to management and key stakeholders.Required experience 5 plus years Oracle EBS R12 experience with a concentration in the Manufacturing and Distribution ModulesDemonstrated experience as a senior staff to independently gather and document business requirements, leading fitgap analysis, asis and tobe business process designs, conference room pilots CRP functional configuration, testing and user training.Experience in developing and maintaining data conversionintegration between Oracle EBS and other nonOracle Applications.Experience as Tier One consult would be a plus.Qualifications Expert level knowledge of all Oracle EBS R12 modules supported GL, AP, AR, PA, PB Oracle Certification is a plus.Ability to map applications to standard business processes and conduct gap analysis.Adept at collaborating with technical development teams and coordinating work efforts when addressing new implementations, functionality enhancements, application updates and performance issues.Ability to produce detailed system requirement specifications, complex data flow diagrams, test plans, swim lane and process diagrams using standardized documentation methods UPK experience is a plus.Extensive knowledge of Project and Software Development Life Cycle Methodologies.Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills with a high level of determination and positive demeanor.Ability to effectively manage multiple, competing, highpriority projects with varying deadlines.Excellent communication skills with the ability to drive consensus and absorb and present complex ideas in a succinct and accurate manner.Proficiency with SQL based queries.Experience with TOAD, Data loader and OBIEEProficiency with MS ProjectVisioA Bachelors and or a Masters degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting or Technology related fieldTESTING 1,2

Experience:

• 5 + years Oracle EBS R12 experience with a concentration in the Manufacturing and Distribution Modules
• Demonstrated experience as a senior staff to independently gather and document business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, as-is and to-be business process designs, conference room pilots (CRP) functional configuration, testing and user training.
• Experience in developing and maintaining data conversion/integration between Oracle EBS and other non-Oracle Applications.
• A Bachelors and/or a Master’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting or Technology related field
