Oracle CDM Supplier Technical Architect/Lead

Value Global, LLC is looking for an Lead Oracle CDM Supplier Architect for a 6 – 9 months engagement in San Jose, CA. In order to drive to the next level performance of the combined organizations of Client, the Enterprise MDM team is in need of a tenured Customer Data Management (CDM) technical professional who can assist with data and business integration activities around customer data.

The architect in this role will be part of a MDM team. He/she will work with the CDM Lead to build a sustainable solution. We are looking for a team player, who is technically strong on Oracle Cloud, CDM in particular, can build bridges, but can stand his/her ground on architectural best practices.

Required Experience

• You are a seasoned Oracle Customer Data Hub (CDH) technical specialist.
• You have implemented Oracle CDH from ground up in technical capacity, and are eager to get started again.
• You have exposure to or implemented Oracle cloud CDM in technical capacity.
• You stress importance on business value, quick but scalable delivery, and strong foundational architecture.
• You have technical implementation best practices in High-tech industry
• You are familiar with challenges in Customer Data integration across mergers and acquisitions
• You take strategic view when required, but can lead team on details on CDH/TCA architecture
• You are familiar with Analytical MDM challenges around customer data and EDW.

Essential Skills

• Need expertise in Oracle TCA
• Must have implemented Oracle CDH multiple times in technical lead capacity.
• Must be well versed with integration patterns with external Customer firmographics vendors such as DnB
• Must have general technical knowledge of related Oracle modules such as Order Management.
• Understand of Data architecture and enterprise data modelling
• Must have sharp technological acumen with logical reasoning skills
• Has excellent time management skills: Prioritization and execution with minimal supervision
• Passionate collaborator who seeks win/win relationships while adhering to core corporate values
• Has best practices on TCA architecture
• Has implemented Oracle CDH ground-up as a Lead Tech Architect.
• Understanding of Oracle EDQ, FDQ and other related Oracle/non-Oracle data quality tools.
• Integration experience of CDM with EDQ/FDQ
• Experience in modelling complex customer hierarchy and inter relationships in Oracle Sales Cloud Customer Data management (CDM) module especially for B2B business and Hi-Tech Industry
• Ability to configure matching rules for de-duplicating Customer Data
• Strong understanding of Survivorship rules and configuring CDM for Standardization and Matching rules
• Experience In Address standardization
• Integration experience with DNB and Data enrichment solutions
• Knowledge of Oracle DAAS services
• Familiar with challenges in Customer Data integration across mergers and acquisitions
• Understanding of ancillary systems like Marketing Automation and Sales Force Management.
• MDM solution implementations and operational support in at least one or more: hub, registry, custom… from design to deployment and sustain
• Presentation and communication skills to engage end users, management, and executives as required.
