Operations Specialist I – EFT

As an EFT Settlement Specialist you will balance and reconcile EFT GLs. You will also cross train and support other functional areas of the department as needed.

What you’ll do here:

Research, review and validate items for settlement in general ledgers.

Settlement balancing of the networks Elavon, Fiserv EFT and Interpro.

Track and log out of balances for the various networks.

Provide telephone support for both internal and external callers,
updating

procedures, and ensuring department standards are met.

Process foreign adjustments for out of balances with the network and ATMs.

Research and adjustment to member account for posting or processing errors.

Work research requests received from Internal customers
.

Support other functional areas of EFT Processing, as needed.

Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

What you’ll need:

1 year Financial or Banking institution experience.

Previous experience – GL reconciliation, preferred.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Strong customer service experience with the ability to work with members in a professional manner.

Excellent organizational skills.

Attention to detail with high levels of accuracy with the ability to prioritize.
