Operation Services Coordinator

T he Operation Services Coordinator is responsible for reviewing closed accounts report, calculate and verify penalties, review partial withdrawal report and contact officers for additional documentation when needed. Serve as liaison to communicate between departments and Operation Services on Certificate of Deposit related matters. Candidate will perform quality control; follow up to ensure missing items are received from branches and make necessary corrections; report incorrect or incomplete findings and document exceptions on CD/IRA reports; review Re-Investment forms to ensure process was done correctly; review Pre-Dormant account reports, identify errors and mail letters to customers that require to activate their accounts; ensure all documentation is accurate and complete before scanning it, as well as any maintenance items performed on Certificate of Deposit accounts. This position will also make adjustments on Certificate of Deposits when errors are identified. Responsible for providing assistance and guidance to branch personnel on all Certificate of Deposit inquiries.

Qualifications:
Knowledge and Skills Requirements: High school diploma and three (3) years of new accounts, banking, or related financial customer service experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience handling account documentation for personal and business accounts is required. Must possess good customer service, organizational, interpersonal, time management, written and verbal communication skills. Computer knowledgeable in MS Software, (e.g. Excel, Word, and Outlook) is required. Knowledge with Jack Henry Silverlake System is preferred.
