The Onboarding Project Manager (OPM) role participates in the design, development and implementation of new Prepaid client card programs. OPM will be assigned new clients and will be responsible for touching base with internal groups and building a project plan that meets the client timeline. Project team size would vary from 10-25 stakeholders. The OPM leads all project calls with our clients and ensures all internal/external tasks are successfully implemented. The ideal person for the position would manage all internal and external project risks and build a plan to overcome any risks. Manages performance of the project team and evaluates overall team performance.
Once fully established in the position, the job would offer some flexibility to work from a remote location 1-2 days per week. The Prepaid team is unique and fast paced area of U.S. Bank. Our Cultural Council offers events such as employee development sessions, connecting employees across our team, and hosting office activities.
Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Three to five years of experience in project management and leadership activities
  • One to two years of managerial experience
  • Ability to identify and resolve issues
  • General knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Knowledge of Prepaid cards (Payroll, Government, Rebate, Rewards, Expense)
  • Demonstrated management and leadership skills
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Advanced knowledge of project management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
