Office Manager

Gold Rush Property Management in Helena, MT is seeking a full time Office Manager. This position is responsible for front end office tasks including organizing maintenance, receiving phone calls, executing marketing and advertising, filing, light accounting, and more. The primary goal is to provide excellent customer service with clear communication through phone, email and our other platforms.

Administrative

  • Answer phone calls and emails, and return them promptly
  • Schedule appointments and manage calanders
  • Maintain updated availability reports
  • Maintain working knowledge of market conditions
  • Post marketing and advertising online
  • Filing and E-Filing
  • Receiving and Sending Mail
  • Assisting all clients with relevant information
  • Processing payments and updating ledgers

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum High School Diploma/GED required
  • Working knowledge of marketing and sales activities with emphasis on customer service
  • Computer proficient with MS Office and property management software
  • Intermediate math skills are required
  • Experience in a fast paced team oriented environment

SALARY: Depends on Experience- combination of hourly and commission with opportunities for bonuses

WORK ENVIRONMENT: The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.

  • This position is primarily Monday-Friday 9-5pm, although on rare occasions longer hours or weekends emergency calls may me taken
  • Team oriented atmosphere needs to be complimented with someone who is self-motivated and willing to be flexible, learn new roles and tasks as our company grows and evolves
