Responsibilities

Job Duties

Office Coordinator Duties:
Support Vice President/GM, the management team of Comcast SportsNet Northwest, and staff of approximately 40 employees

Supervise the office phone system, providing additional coverage, answering and troubleshooting viewer phone calls

Help with UPS/FedEx and other shipping activities as needed

Allocate and distribute sports team tickets to affiliate partners and sales clients. Maintain a detailed log of ticket requests and allocations for quarterly audits

Coordinate/order food for suite events for affiliate partners and sales client

Assist Accounting Manager with Accounts Payable vendor set up and or update

Help organize and manage internal and external events and activities

Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Traffic Assistant Duties:
Prepare 24 hour daily traffic logs

Manage data entry of commercial sales and client requirements

Coordinate account activities and reconciliation with sales department

Assist local and national sales staff in traffic system with order management, spot times, make-goods, and posting of schedules

Assist local and national advertising sales staff with building packages and one sheets, and coordinating feature/billboards with production staff

Assist Traffic Manager as needed

Qualifications/Requirements

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree

Minimum one (1) year work experience in a corporate environment (including internship experience)

Strong written and oral communication skills

Must be well organized and friendly, with the ability to multi-task in a high energy and fast paced environment

Must be creative and detail oriented with a strong work ethic

Must be accurate and efficient with the ability to meet deadlines

Proficient with all Windows applications, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Strong work ethic, positive attitude and leadership qualities with the ability to handle multiple tasks and set priorities a must

Ability to work non-traditional hours, weekends & holidays

Ability to work in a fast paced, high pressure environment

Punctual, regular, and consistent attendance
