Office Assistant

United Therapy Services (UTS) has an immediate opening for a home health Office Assistant. This position requires a meticulous, detail-oriented self-motivator with the ability to problem solve and critically think in a fast-paced team environment. The UTS team has over 50 therapists and is the largest therapy based group in southeast Texas. Our office staff works closely with therapists and home health agencies to ensure all questions, concerns, and communications are properly addressed in a timely fashion.

Job description breakdown:

– Customer Service is a MUST

– Must be articulate, with the ability to professionally answer phones and take messages

– Must be comfortable calling patients

– Must be able to think on your feet and control multiple moving parts

– Knowledge of Medicare/Insurance guidelines a plus

– Home Health experience a plus
