Consumer Protection Division

Responsibilities:

Office errands and filing documents at courthouses; file organization and maintenance, including opening, closing and archiving; assisting with document productions; part-time receptionist duties; data entry; organizing and maintaining office supplies and publications; processing and sorting mail; photocopying; scanning; and performing other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma, current Idaho driver’s license, ability to lift 40 lbs., office equipment experience, database or data entry experience, word processing skills, experience with Microsoft Office applications, public or government office experience preferred. Must be detail oriented and have initiative to assist with a variety of projects.
