job for you. The Community Impact Foundation currently has a full time opportunity for a person who

is looking to refine their project management, office administration, database, and event planning

skills. Major responsibilities are as follows:
1. Manage project timelines, activities, and documentation

2. Collect and analyze data to prepare reports for committee and board members

3. Develop new and unique ways to improve operations and create opportunities

4. Office management: ordering supplies, office equipment maintenance, scheduling

management, and tracking of processes and procedures

5. Clerical support: answer phones, take messages, filing, and running errands

6. Track donor contributions

7. Data entry and analysis

Requirements:
The ideal candidate is a customer oriented individual with meticulous organizational skills; excellent interpersonal skills with professional presentation; self-starter with analytic skills, high level attention to detail, data management and project management ability. This person is a reliable team player who is able to prioritize effectively and meet deadlines. 2-5 years of related experience in administration, reporting, and office management is preferred. Apple computer proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
