Object Oriented Web Programmer – ITS4

As an Object Oriented Web Programmer for MN.IT@MDH, you will work to design and implement large and complex computer systems and programs. You will be required to lead a team of other IT professionals in development efforts, and will work with senior management to analyze business processes and suggest and design new procedures to make the agency more efficient!

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: Candidates must clearly demonstrate all of the following qualifications in their resume.

This position requires a minimum of four (4) years of programming experience in object-oriented Java web applications development and implementation.

Experience must include the following:

  • Application development using Java web application frameworks and components, such as JSF and Hibernate.
  • Strong knowledge in web-based Java programming principles and practices.

A Master’s degree in Information Technology or a related field may substitute for three years of experience, related Bachelor’s degree may substitute for two years, or related Associate’s degree may substitute for one year.

**Successful candidate must pass past-employer reference checks and a criminal history verification**
