NYC Customer Success Specialist

Come and be a part of our success – we are adding a Customer Success Specialist to our Customer Success Team who will be responsible for:

Connecting with our clients and troubleshooting questions by phone and email

Escalating and reporting issues

Monitoring and testing bugs and bug fixes

Providing important updates to customers, colleagues, and management on the status of cases

Requirements

:
Do you have what it takes to be a part of our dynamic team? Do you have prior experience in a customer service environment?
We hire individuals who are innovative, positive, knowledgeable, and supportive. Other requirements for the Specialist position located in our Atlanta and New York office are:

An outgoing personality and genuine interest in assisting educators with their software

Strong customer support skills written and on the phone

  • Knowledge of K12 education field and or teaching experience is a plus
  • High School Degree or equivalent
