We are seeking individuals who enjoy providing superior customer service to customers both US based and International. As our Addison, Texas-based Customer Service Associate, your mission is to enhance and maintain the Arbonne brand by delighting our customers and consultants with world class customer service.

  • Researches and responds to questions received on the Field Support queue
  • Inputs and processes orders received into company computer system
  • Researches and responds to questions concerning shipments and backorders
  • Provides information about company products, specials, marketing programs and business practices.
  • Communicates with Call Center Team Leads when significant issues arise
  • E-mails if on the e-mail team
  • Ability to perform level I troubleshoot process
  • Basic returns and processors
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Previous Customer Service experience preferred, preferably in a contact center
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to quickly learn and use contact center technology and programs.
  • Proven ability to keyboard 40 words per minute.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven conflict management skills including the ability to calmly resolve issues
  • Able to work a flexible schedule including weekend hours and overtime hours when needed
  • Proven record of punctuality and regular attendance
  • Bi-Lingual a plus
