The Division of Enterprise Technology (DET) ensures the effective and efficient use of information technologies in support of Wisconsin government services and programs. It designs, administers, promotes, and supports information technology services to state agencies, local governments, tribal governments, private partners, schools, universities, libraries, and citizens.

Position Summary :
Under the general supervision of the BBAS Applications Development Section Chief, in the Division of Enterprise Technology (DET), this position is responsible for providing an advanced level of technical expertise for planning, development, implementation and administration of applications and support services that have statewide impact. This includes the research, standardization, deployment, administration, and support of all relative tools associated with a particular application, customer or client. Qualifications :
Qualified applicants will have experience developing technical designs including specifications and test plans for new functionality and/or changes to existing programs, modules and other procedures, and designing, coding, testing, debugging, and documenting highly complex computer programs/procedures and making revisions to existing programs/procedures specifically in .Net and SQL. Well qualified applicants will have experience in the analysis of customer business requirements including alternatives.
