.NET/SQL Developer

H2 is seeking a .NET/SQL Developer to support a large scale Navy training contract. This position will be located on-site at Saufley Field, Pensacola and will provide software development support to our government client.

Responsibilities include:

• Building and coding applications and/or modules using languages such as C++, Visual Basic, ABAP, JAVA, XTML, Objective C, HTML 5, .NET, etc. Primarily utilizing C#, jQuery and conventional JavaScript for development.
• Providing patches and upgrades to existing systems.
• Designing web based, mobile technology, cloud, and security interface to meet the specific needs of users.
• Providing full stack application development services ranging between conceptual models to solution deliver.
• Conducting requirements analysis with multiple application owners and rite software design description (SDDs) documentation.
• Performing debugging and unit testing for ASP.NET based application with emphasis on quality and performance.
• Designing and/or extending existing database tables, keys, indices, and relationships.
• Creating and testing SQL stored procedures (SPROCs), user defined functions (UDs), and triggers.
• Performing validation and verification of the developed solutions prior to deployments to the production environment.
• Conducting fault analysis and expedited resolution of application issues.
• Designing solutions within a team to satisfy the user’s functional and technical requirements.
• Preparing operating instructions including compilation of documentation for program development.
• Analyzing system capabilities to resolve questions of program intent, output requirements, input data acquisition, programming techniques, and controls.
• Assisting with building of add-on modules using application program language.
• Assisting with vendor management responsibilities.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and (5) years of related experience.
• Understanding and experience with use of object-oriented programming.
• Understanding and experience utilizing Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience working within an integrated development environment; VS2015, Database, SLQ 2008 R2 or later, Source Control TFS 213.
• Clearance Level : Active Secret Security Clearance is required at time of application
