    SIMPLE EXPLANATION OF DUTIES
    You will display an above average level of accuracy, discretion, excellent communication skills both oral and written, and attention to detail. You are responsible for touching all aspects of our business-to-business customers and warehouse operations.

    A DAY IN THE LIFE
    Answer business-to-business customer inbound calls.
    Coordinate order & transfer scheduling, shipping and handling instructions for business-to-business customers.
    Keep customers informed with accurate delivery dates.
    Apply problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues
    Utilize Excel and internal company software to maintain customer data/records.
    Use SAP software to locate product information, order status, pricing, and inventory.
    Build relationships with key customer contacts by proactively communicating information that may affect their account, whether positive or negative.
    Process weekly consignment inventory invoices.
    Support National Accounts Customer Service Manager as needed.

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
    Bachelor’s degree.
    1-2 years’ experience preferred.
    Expert in MS Excel and Word.
    Advanced MS Office skills
    Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

    WORK ENVIRONMENT
    You will have a computer, desk, a chair, phone and some office tools.

    WORK SCHEDULE
    You’ll be working Mon-Fri, 8AM to 5PM
