Motion Graphic Designer

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop a wide range of motion graphics and animations for our Envision Healthcare brands websites, social media channels, internal communications, email campaigns, tradeshows or to support branded videos.
• Edit a variety of video styles. This includes videos consisting primarily of motion graphics animations you will create, as well short documentary-style videos with live action source footage.
• Assist with video and animation production and planning, including creative ideation, story-boarding and script development.
• Work with Brand Directors, Creative Director, Video Producer and internal clients to achieve professional quality while meeting the needs of internal clients.
• Travel (up to 10%) solo or with other marketing staff as requested.
• Must show a willingness to learn and better understand the healthcare industry, the Envision Healthcare brands and how they align across the continuum of care.
• Coordinate with Brand Directors, Creative Director, Video Producer and other marketing team members.
• Provide video production support as needed.
• Maintain art and animation files.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Adhere to all company policies.

Minimum Experience Education and Qualifications:

• 1-4 years of experience.
• College degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to create an interesting, engaging and meaningful story using video, motion graphics and animation as a medium with proven experience in delivering compelling motion graphics and video.
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite – particularly Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Expertise in animation and motion graphics software.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to meet regular deadlines and excellent time management skills.
• Ability to work and prioritize effectively under tight deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills, positive attitude with minimal aversion to change.
• Must be able to lift, carry, relocate and travel with video equipment (up to 45 lbs).
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Good oral and written communications skills are required; must have good grasp of English with ability to edit copy for grammar, spelling and typographical errors.
• Strong organizational skills required.
• Strong creativity, judgment, imagination, enthusiasm, and customer-service focus are desired.
• Color grading skills and familiarity with DaVinci Resolve are a plus.
• Basic sound editing and leveling/mixing skills are a plus.
