This entry level position of Information Systems Support is located in Portland, Oregon and the main responsibility of this position is to provide excellent customer service and efficiently resolve electronic equipment user needs. Qualified candidates will have a track record demonstrating a technical knowledge of hardware and software, quality customer service, and excellent organizational skills.

Typical Working Hours: Monday – Friday 7 a.m. – 4 p.m.

Duties and Responsibilities :
Provide technical support for computer hardware and software, telephone systems, network, operating system, printers, Internet access, and cell phone support.

Respond to Help Desk contacts to quickly resolve issues and meet user’s needs.

Perform installs, upgrades, moves, and changes for computer workstation hardware and software, printers, laptops and other related peripheral devices.

Maintain an accurate data base of equipment, repairs, and inventory.

Update training and user guides for equipment.

Multitasking to prevent issues and handle immediate needs.

Experience and Skills :
Minimum 1 year professional experience in PC/Local Area Network support/Help Desk for minimum of 100 users.

Strong technical knowledge and experience in a variety of PCs, laptops, printers, peripheral cell devices and unified communications support (minimum of one year); Shoretel VOIP preferred.

Read and understand technical specifications, drawings, and instructions.

Broad experience with Windows 7 / 10 Pro, Windows Server 2008, 2012, 2016, MS SQL 2008, 2012, 2014, IBM Linux, CentOS, MS Office 2010, 2013, 2016, Office 365, Microsoft Cloud, InTune, Dynamics CRM 365.

Excellent people, communication and problem resolution skills.

A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

Proven ability to effectively prioritize and organize workload.

Handle multiple tasks to successful and on-time completion.

Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
