Microsoft Power BI Reports Developer

Our client; a major financial reporting and solutions firm with offices in NYC and across the country is seeking a strong Microsoft Power BI User to help customize, build, and generate next generation dashboards and other client driven requests from large data repositories such as Excel, SQL Server and proprietary applications/databases.

Location: New York, NY

Position Type: Contract

– Five (5) years demonstr ated experience with Enterprise Reporting – Business Intelligence and/or ETL development and design.

– Three (3) years of SQL programming experience.

– Three (3) years Business and Data Analysis and requirements gathering.

– 5+ years’ experience working with relational and multi-dimensional databases.

– Hands-on experience with Microsoft Business Intelligence Technologies including SSIS, SSAS, PowerBI and/or SSRS, and PowerPivot.

– Deep understanding of ETL design and implementation.

– Strong Excel skills
