Mgr-HR Business Partner

Responsibilities

Your role is to champion our culture, nurture our talent, and seek opportunities to create a positive impact on our organization. Demonstrate your knowledge of your client’s business so you can be an integral part of supporting the leadership team. Use your HR expertise and data to guide your work and foster the transformation of our business.

• Demonstrate accountability and knowledgeable in all Human Resource areas including ethics, compliance, and employee relations.
• Be an HR guru on policy interpretation and strategic planning.
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of our business while supporting employee related activities and programs in areas such as recognition,

developing and retaining talent, compensation.

• Partner with business leaders on coaching and performance management.
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders including staff meetings and advising on topics of interest.

Qualifications

Must have:

• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent HR experience.
• Six or more years of relevant experience.

Ideally, you’ll also have:

• Strong consulting skills, including negotiating and conflict resolution.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Proven ability to influence through relationships, expertise and data.
• Demonstrated ability to quickly establish and maintain rapport with people of diverse backgrounds and professional levels.
