Merchandise Information Coordinator

Title: Merchandise Information Coordinator (MIC)

Overview: Coordinate day-to-day operations with regards to the effective and timely use of various merchandising systems.

Responsibilities:
Enter and maintain Purchase Orders including sample POs

Work with Merchants to gather information for PO entry – delivery date, price, color codes, vendor

Work with supporting business functions including production to ensure accuracy of PO

Diagnose and troubleshoot data discrepancies

Input appropriate color codes and ticketing information in all systems

System style check-in for activation

SKU set up and maintenance

Qualifications

Strong attention to detail

Organization skills

Experience with PC applications including MS Excel

Flexible, able to work in dynamic environment

Team player

Strong Communication Skills

Working knowledge of SAP, a plus
