Member Service Specialist

As a Milo Member Services Specialist, you will play several key roles including the delivery of meals to members’ homes and assisting with minimal household tasks during a helpful visit. This position would require engaging with Milo members and bridging communication with the General Manager.

Essential Responsibilities

• Drive to and from required destinations in a safe manner delivering meals to members
• Participate in sales activity in collaboration with the General Manager or area sales leader
• Ability to effectively manage time and stay on task
• Assist members with simple household tasks in a safe and respectful manner
• Effectively communicate the needs of our members regarding their services
• Be accessible to the General Manager during working hours via cell phone in the event of changes to the schedule for unforeseen circumstances that may arise
• Timely completion and submission of paperwork related to the performance of job duties as required by operational procedures, or as requested
• May be assigned to other job functions in the kitchen such as packaging and prepping deliveries when not driving
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• A passion or serving seniors
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Possess a good motor vehicle driving record prior to employment
• Customer service focused
• Effective communication skills
• Able to successfully pass a background check
