Collins Community Credit Union has openings for a Member Contact Agent I!

Responsibilities of this position include:
Assisting members over the phone (in-bound) with new and existing account services, promoting CCCU products and services, account transactions and general account maintenance.

Qualified candidates should be flexible, detail oriented, have strong communications skills and be reliable. Minimum 6 months experience in a call center environment preferred.

Hours required for this position (employees could rotate the following schedules):

Monday – Thursday 8:45am – 5:15pm (includes 8:15 am rotation)

Friday: 8:30am – 5:45pm (includes 8:15am rotation)

Saturday: 8:15am – 12:15am (rotation)
