Medical Receptionist

Saint Louis Medical Clinic is a physician owned multi-specialty medical practice located in west St Louis County on the campus of Missouri Baptist Medical Center. Our specialties include: internal medicine, cardiology, dermatology, podiatry, sports medicine, rheumatology, and gastroenterology.

SLMC is currently seeking an energetic, multi-tasker, with great customer service skills to join our team as a full-time medical receptionist. The schedule for this position is Monday – Friday.

Primary duties for this position include:

• Checking patients in and out
• Scheduling appointments
• Updating demographic and insurance information
• Scanning documents
• Scheduling procedures
• Collecting cash and credit card payments
• Obtaining pre-certifications

Qualified candidates must have prior receptionist experience in a medical office.
