Medical Customer Service Representative

Wholehealth Medical Group is a Medical Clinic located in West Jordan and Provo Utah. We are currently looking for a highly-motivated individual with customer service experience to join our family and help us with our goals which are to provide excellent and compassionate patient care. We focus on needs of patients with chronic illnesses such as Lyme Disease and Chronic Fatigue. These illnesses are often debilitating and create immense pain in a patient’s life.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of the clinic with patients and help resolve any problems they may have. This includes answering questions face-to-face and over the phone, taking notes during consultations, and ushering the patient through their experience at the clinic. We are growing quickly so if you fit into our family, we are willing to train you into the position.

Duties will include:

-Interacting with Patients

-Charting Notes with Physicians

-Answering Patients Calls and Questions

-Submitting and Troubleshooting Medications

-Patient Scheduling

-Preparing and Submitting Lab Tests

-Taking Vitals and Medical History

-Preparing Supplements for Patients

-Operating Medical Equipment

-Assisting Physicians with any other needs.

Our primary office is located in West Jordan, although weekly travel to our Provo location may be necessary. Our office hours are from 8 AM to 5 PM M-TH and 8 AM to 1 PM Fridays. We are closed most national holidays.

Salary: $14.00 to $16.00 /hour
