MCTSP Site Manager

Site Manager (SM), Gowen Field, ID. Contractor shall designate a Site Manager (SM) who is responsible for the performance of work at that installation and has appropriate corporate decision-making authority to effectively respond to Task Order requirements. Leads a team that will provide individual, leader, small unit, battle staff, and simulation-driven collective Mission Command (MC) training, technical, exercise, simulation, and organizational support for the ARNG. The SM shall conduct overall scheduling, management coordination, oversee training execution, and manage Contractor continuing education training. SMs shall work collaboratively and in concert with the installation MTC Commander in direct support of the training and technical missions. All SMs performing work under this TO shall be accountable to the PM. SMs shall be available during normal operating hours within 45 minutes of notification to meet in person or by phone with the Government site leads, and/or KO.

Basic Qualifications:

†Must have completed BS/BA degree.
†Have a background and experience with Military training and training support.
†Have experience in operations and training requirements at division level or higher.
†Have a background in training management.
†Have a full understanding of Army Mission Command Training Support Program (MCTSP).
†Minimum of 10 years supervisory experience.
†Served as either battalion or brigade commander or S3.
†MEL-4 qualified (CGSC/ILE completion), or equivalent level military education.
†SECRET level clearance.
