Marketing Strategy + Brand Intern

Tumblr is looking for a highly analytical, data-obsessed student with a passion for data to join our Marketing Strategy and Brand teams. Internships here are real work—the stuff you do here will directly and immediately contribute to Tumblr’s growth efforts.

What you’ll do:

• Build forecasting models that project impact on company-wide growth of revenue and audience.
• Perform analyses that identify the most profitable path to incremental changes for revenue and users.
• Assist in strategizing and ultimately executing growth strategy plans that will attract our global audience.

What we’re looking for:

• Someone pursuing a data-driven major.
• An avid social media user with a passion for Tumblr.
• Familiarity with utilizing Excel, SQL, and/or Python for building statistical models.
• Familiarity with online analytical services, such as Tableau, AppAnnie, and SimilarWeb
• Optimism, a sense of humor, and poise.
