Marketing & Sales Strategy Associate

Marketing Strategy/Brand Management:
Brand strategy for Disney Cross Country, Disney Grad Nites, ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex Welcome Center, Disney Volleyball, third parties, Disney Sports Travel and Products & Services including development of integrated marketing plans.

Execute various marketing tactics as needed to achieve the event/program goals.

Manage all website requests and maintenance tickets for Disney Youth Programs website.

Support CRM tactics as needed.

Third Party Management:
Support key third party events and clients by providing strategic marketing guidance, ensuring brand integrity and the promotion of relevant Disney products and services, including Theme Park tickets, onsite room nights and available travel packages.

Review and approve any marketing collateral and conduct website audits.

Act as general marketing liaison to Contacts.

Products and Services:
Develop strategies to up-sell products and services to existing guests.

Work with Integration team to develop tools to educate guests and transact.

Develop communications plan to drive traffic to Welcome Center at Complex to increase ticket and dining sales.

Develop on-site digital signage plan to maximize guest per cap.

Photo/Video/Broadcast Requests:
Manage all third party requests to use leverage existing Disney-produced photo and video assets for marketing or promotional purposes or to do onsite filming/photo shoots at ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex or at Walt Disney World Theme Parks and Resorts.

Responsible for vetting requests, partnering with Legal on broadcast/filming agreements, securing Media Rep, and reviewing captured assets and footage to ensure brand and legal compliance.

Sales Conversion Tools:
Manage a new Print On Demand online platform for Disney Youth Sales collateral; Responsible for content development and programming, as well as Cast training and support, helping to create labor efficiencies, decreasing print costs and reducing waste.

Oversee development and use of various Travel Planner and Third Party marketing tools and resources, including online Disney Print Connection tool, pre-packaged asset kits and review of collateral and tactics that incorporate Disney IP.

Help drive conversion for Disney Created Sports Events by managing a portfolio of Digital Brochures, ensuring that all content and information is accurate and aligns with brand strategies and priorities.

Develop and launch conversion tools to increase direct Disney Sports Travel booking including: travel insurance, collateral, PassKey, etc. to increase revenue among booked groups.

Minimum 3-5 years experience in marketing strategy and/or account management.

Experience working with multiple marketing platforms including: website, social media, print, digital media, CRM, outdoor and collateral.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and presentation development.

Ability to multi-task and meet quick deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to think strategically and make decisions based on data analysis, business needs and guest experience.

Experience with building positive inter-departmental relationships to achieve results.

Prior experience working with education and/or sports industries.

Extensive knowledge of the Walt Disney Company and Disney Parks.

Experience executing CRM tactics.

Proficient in Spanish.

Video production knowledge.

Basic design skills (Adobe Acrobat, InDesign).

Bachelor’s in Marketing, Communications, or related field

MBA, or Master’s in Marketing, Communications, or related field
