Marketing Project Manager

The Marketing Project Manager coordinates project workflow to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within scope, workflows are efficient, and communication between all teams and departments is consistent and transparent. The Marketing Project Manager is a highly organized advocate for Marketing’s key goals and projects who builds and fosters collaboration between participants.

The Clearwater Marketing team includes three sub-teams: Creative, Content, Demand Generation. Together, the team supports Clearwater’s global marketing efforts.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive project kickoffs and initial planning discussions
• Create and maintain project calendar while optimizing time, budget, and resources
• Assist with managing workflows and track progress of Marketing projects
• Manage and administer Wrike, Marketing’s project management software
• Provide timely health status updates on all Marketing projects
• Ensure goals and objectives are defined and prioritized according to company-wide goals
• Identify areas for improvement, roadblocks, and corresponding solutions
• Ad hoc administrative support for the department

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field of study
• 1+ years of experience in a project management or marketing role
• Excellent communication, organization, and prioritization skills

PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES

• Familiarity with project management systems (especially Wrike)
• Understanding of Agile processes
