This position will report to our Director of Content.

As a Marketing Project Manager, a typical day may include the following:

• Working with Marketing leaders and other teams across TCGplayer.com to help plan, coordinate and track projects and ensure the successful completion of key initiatives and deliverables
• Tracking project timelines, milestone dates and vendor specifications
• Translating project requirements into actionable plans/outlines for Marketing and other teams
• Keeping projects and tasks on time, on budget and aligned to company goals
• Defining and managing project scope, deliverables, schedules and necessary resources
• Identifying risks associated to projects and being able to adapt to shifts in project timelines
• Being a primary contact for external third-party partners and ensuring external tasks and production timelines are being met

This job may be right for you if you have:

• 3+ years of experience in Marketing production and project management
• Experience in an ad agency project management environment
• Strong organizational skills, plus intricate attention to detail
• Experience using Gantt charts and/or project management software
• Working knowledge of Atlassian’s Confluence documentation tool
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong relationship-building skills and ability to easily communicate complex ideas and projects

You’re extra awesome if you have:

• Project management experience in the hobby retail or distribution industry
• Experience establishing and successfully managing relationships with several internal and external partners
• Familiarity with collectibles and hobby gaming industries, specifically TCGs like Magic: The Gathering, video games, comics, action figures, sports cards and other collectibles
• Experience with trade show project management
