Marketing Project Coordinator / Strategist

We are currently seeking a Marketing Project Coordinator based in the Philadelphia Metro Area!

The Marketing Project Coordinator/Strategist is a junior level role reporting to the Director of Strategic Operations, working with guidance from the Director of Marketing. This role requires flexibility, interaction with all departments in the company, and will encompass a variety of tasks – including:

Responsibilities:
Screening and responding to all marketing requests from hospitality sales teams

Assisting in the preparation and coordination of signage, custom packaging, logo and image requests

Assisting in development of content and managing updates to company website and sales intranet for hospitality team

Maintaining the inventory and ordering of promotional items

Assisting in development and proof-reading of all promotional materials, including but not limited to brochures, website content and product print materials

Responsible for preparing sales and PowerPoint presentations

Assisting the sales team in creating promotional materials + tactics to reach a wider audience Leverage key hospitality clients for social media initiatives including Instagram images, video content

Assist in developing brand requirements for hospitality client portfolio

Coordinating marketing projects from start to finish

Other duties as assigned

Some travel required

Qualifications

College degree required

Industry knowledge a plus

2-4 years in marketing and sales support roles

Experience with MS Office, InDesign/Illustrator/Photoshop required

Organized, detail-oriented, energetic, professional, and flexible self-starter

Comfortable multi-tasking in a fast paced, team environment

Excellent written and verbal skills
