Marketing Manager – Partner Events

In this role, you will be responsible for creating and executing event and field marketing programs to build a pipeline of partner-ready leads and qualified opportunities.

Reporting to the Director of Event and Field Marketing, this position will work closely with counterparts in partner marketing, business development, marketing operations, content marketing, and corporate communications to manage partner-integrated campaigns that will include – live webinars, trade shows, field marketing events, email, direct mail, social marketing, and more.

Responsibilities:

  • Build, execute and measure a quarterly marketing programs focused on net new customer acquisition for Workfront and its key partners
  • Plan and manage a portfolio of joint Workfront-partner marketing activities – webinars, event sponsorships, presentations, virtual conferences, and regional field marketing events
  • Be accountable to deliver leads and qualified sales opportunities to meet or exceed quarterly quotas
  • Strategize with partner and business development teams to ensure high rates of lead qualification and conversion for partner leads
  • Manage and collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and execute integrated, measurable programs
  • Establish credibility, professionalism and expertise within the organization as a performer and leader
  • Provide quarterly and monthly program results forecast to ensure continued growth of pipeline for key Workfront partners

Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related discipline required
  • Minimum 5+ years experience in field marketing, demand gen or campaign marketing role in a high-tech B2B software organization
  • Experience with On24 or similar webinar platform a plus
  • Email marketing experience a plus (Marketo, HubSpot, Eloqua, Dreamweaver)
  • Knowledge of best practices in B2B demand generation, marketing automation and lead conversion, nurturing management
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed goals in an automated closed-loop environment
  • Ability to think strategically, but also have exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and quantitative capability to determine program effectiveness, ROI, forecasting
  • Passion and skill for leading and partnering with cross-functional teams and customers
  • Confident, positive, energetic, professional and team-oriented attitude
  • Superior interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills
  • Self-motivated with ability to prioritize and manage competing demands in fast paced environment
