MARKETING MANAGER SUMMARY

Our Marketing Manager is responsible for managing advertising, marketing, and promotional side of our business and all marketing activities, content, and strategic execution at our Anytime Fitness locations. A successful candidate will take steps to measure, enhance, and enrich the position and image of a company through various goals and objectives. Marketing Manager will work directly with regional staff and franchisee to implement a marketing strategy in 4 states across 12 locations.

PRIMARY MARKETING MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Social media strategy and execution for all 12 locations
• Plan marketing and branding objectives and expand product solutions and offerings
• Prepare marketing strategies on an annual calendar alongside other regional managers
• Lead all areas of content generation and production across all media platforms.
• Prepare and adhere to budgets that deliver a high return on investment
• Analyze market trends and recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback.
• Oversee creation and delivery of press releases, advertisements, and other marketing materials.
• Design print ads and publications and ensure brand messages are consistent.
• Gather and analyze customer insight; Take calculated risks based on data-driven analytics.
• Enrich all external perceptions of the company and growth of market share through content creation, SEO, and other digital marketing
• Engage consumers on social media and ensure all clubs have prescence.
• Deepen relationships with all media to ensure the most effective messaging and positioning of the organization.
• Drive overall CRM and direct marketing.
• Help local leaders engage other organizations within the community to accomplish consistent lead generation

Schedule: 40 Hours per week

Requirements: Bachelor Degree in Business or Marketing with +4 years of marketing experience.
