Marketing & Events Intern

Infinite Event Concepts is a boutique event planning firm that works with corporate clients and upscale venues in Boston, MA and Southern, NH. Founded by Christie Leigh Bellany, an inspiring and driven industry leader, IEC went from 2 events to 52 events in its first year.

We are currently seeking a driven and passionate individual in the Events, Marketing, and/or Hospitality Industry.

This internship entails working closely with the founder to assist in marketing IEC services, building social buzz, detailing events, assisting with sales, and much more.

You will:

• Create proposals, contracts, and BEOs
• Schedule compelling social media posts via Facebook, Instagram and Twitter
• Develop an engaging presence on Pinterest
• Outsource vendors for catering, rentals, photobooths, team building, etc.
• Research corporate leads to pitch our services
• Assist with live events (based on need and availability)

You will learn from one of the most charismatic and inspiring marketing and event experts in the industry. This is a fun, exciting internship that will add some serious experience to your resume.

This internship takes place in our Southern New Hampshire office and/or remotely.

Qualifications:

– Interest in event planning

– Excellent computer skills

– Great personality

– Fantastic style

– Great writing skills

– Self starter

– Experience with Photoshop, PowerPoint, Word Press, Hootsuite, and Constant Contact are helpful but not required

– Must have own transportation to and from office & event locations
