Duties

• Constantly evaluate the Marketing Program to ensure consistent referrals, objective goals, and acceptable census is always being met
• Develop new referral resources, and track referrals
• Maintain consistent marketing program in targeted marketing area
• Prepare Monthly Marketing budget
• Develop and maintain relationships with key referral people
• Educate public and staff on Marketing Philosophy and always promote facility
• Develop sales script for all incoming referrals and train designated staff on sales script to handle referrals as needed
• Screen prospective residents for admission

Requirements

• Expertise in marketing, selling, and closing
• Associate’s Degree
• Valid Driver’s License
• Ability to Pass a Criminal Background Check
