What part will you play?

The Coordinator will assist the Turner Sports Content Partnerships team with the execution of media sponsorships within the Turner Sports linear and digital portfolio, with an emphasis on Bleacher Report Live, Turner Sports’ new direct-to-consumer product. Primary responsibilities include execution of sold sponsorship deals for BR Live and helping support other Turner Sports linear and digital properties with tracking and logging of sponsorship executions. This position will provide sales execution support to all of the Turner Sports sales offices nationwide after a custom or turnkey media program is sold. The Coordinator will liaise with the ad sales team, production, editorial, social, design, brand marketing and other support teams to help flawless execute the sponsorship requirements. The Coordinator will play a critical role in the implementation and tracking of ground-breaking, revenue-driving, integrated marketing campaigns, helping Turner push the boundaries of what’s possible in a crowded sports marketplace.

What will you be doing?

• Building and executing against timelines and specific executional deadlines for each individual advertiser
• Serving as a "subject matter expert" on Turner’s sports properties, in helping them navigate complexities related to use of Intellectual property, league partner landscape, editorial storylines, etc.
• Communicating and informing sales and business partners on project status and relevant information, collaborating with pre-sale and post-sale teams to ensure deals are efficiently and effectively stewarded.
• Collaborate cross-departmentally with marketing, sales, social, editorial, production, and content teams to execute flawless sponsorships and sales deals
• Gather project results and enter into tracking programs and project management systems in order to maintain status documentation for Management
• Maintaining sponsorship calendars and log/track sponsorship executions after they air on Bleacher Report Live in addition to other Turner Sports properties
• Delivering daily with a positive attitude and a confident, enthusiastic, diplomatic approach
• providing valuable solutions for both Turner itself and our brand clients
• Assisting and supporting the Turner Sports sponsorship execution team across the board with various projects and assignments during tentpole events

What do we require from you?

• College Degree Required
• 1-2 years marketing/advertising experience required
• 1-3 years media industry marketing experience preferred
• Digital & TV production experience preferred; focus on direct-to-consumer and OTT products
• Organizational skills, excellent writing and communication skills, attention to detail, project management skills, initiative and leadership – Creative Self Starter
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
