The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for enabling the execution of marketing. This role supports members of the the global marketing and sales teams to build sales and foster marketing alignment, effective programs, and efficient communication. This role has a strong focus on marketing operations, data and reporting, but will be involved in marketing programs and events.

Responsibilities:

• Setting up and monitoring marketing campaigns in the marketing automation system
• Administering and auditing leads and contact exchanges between marketing automation and CRM systems
• Assisting in audience segmentation
• Building and running reports and dashboards
• Trafficking marketing projects via collaboration with all marketing resources
• Coordinate projects with sales operations
• Assist in marketing planning and execution
• Assist with web and live events
• Other responsibilities as requested

Skills & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• 0-3 years marketing experience, preferably B2B
• Exposure to, and interest in marketing automation and executivng campaigns. Experience with Act-on a plus
• Experience developing reports and dashboards
• Experience developing audience segmentation
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Be well organized, methodical, and analytical
• Be proactive and self-motivated
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and understanding of CRM systems, such as Salesforce.com
