Marketing Coordinator

Ark Mortgage is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to oversee marketing for the business, brand and focus on brand awareness. Enjoys being creative when working with print collateral, social media, newsletters etc. The successful incumbent will work with our Marketing Consultant to develop and implement marketing strategies and advertising stay up to date and be knowledgeable about new technology and methods of advertising. Must also know their customer demographics and target audience, and they must know how to attend to them and deliver the company’s message in the most effective, efficient way possible.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities

• Analyze current and past marketing data to help determine overall marketing strategy
• Ensure marketing ideas coincide with the company’s brand and mission statement and support management in marketing planning and public relation strategies to ensure alignment with objectives
• Research consumer demand and explore ways to increase it.
• Manage marketing communication initiatives; internal and external communications and special events promotions.
• Communicate with senior management about marketing initiatives and project metric, as well as brainstorm fresh strategies
• Act as a liaison between outside vendors and management
• Additional duties as assigned
• Assist with the development and writing of marketing materials, such as plans, recommendations and presentations.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2-5 years of relevant experience in marketing
• Extremely organized, strategic, creative and detail-oriented with a strong initiative and resilience, with the ability to work deadlines and maintain high levels of professionalism while managing multiple priorities
• Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills
• Solid understanding and command of the principles of marketing, including digital and print processes, media placement and campaign analytics, as well as a solid working knowledge of project management tools and processes
