Job Summary: Assist in the development, distribution and upkeep of marketing collateral to support sales efforts for our Caribbean airport portfolio

Position Overview

This position will assist in the development, distribution and upkeep of both English and Spanish marketing collateral to support Clear Channel sales functions primarily for our Latin American and Caribbean portfolio of airports using various programs including but not limited to; Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Powerpoint and Microsoft Excel. Position will utilize an understanding of marketing research tools and media trends as they relate to Out-of-Home media sales. The marketing coordinator will deliver data and insights to our sales staff using research tools such as Nielsen and Kantar. This position is based in Allentown, PA and will report directly to the SVP of Creative and Marketing.

Role Responsibilities

Develop marketing collateral, client proposals and presentations

Utilize various marketing research tools such as Kantar and Nielsen

Organize, update, release and archive marketing collateral on an on-going basis

Provide client, category and industry research and insights

Provide support to sales teams and help formulate innovative marketing strategies

Present marketing concepts to sales teams

Required Qualifications

Fluent in both English and Spanish

Experience in, or understanding of Media, Marketing or a related field.

Ability to use Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Powerpoint and Microsoft Excel

Understanding of research and applicable use of marketing tools licensed by CCA

Strong verbal, written and presentation skills with an emphasis on detail

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Excellent organization, planning, multi-tasking and time management skills

Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced work environment

Understanding of social media helpful

Basic photography skills helpful

Education

2 year degree preferred
