Marketing Coordinator

POSTION DESCRIPTION :

Under limited supervision, and on own initiative, performs a variety of administrative and marketing duties for designated brokerage associates and other Company assignments.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Preparation and production of marketing materials to promote properties listed by brokerage associates. Marketing materials will include flyers, proposals, presentations, offering memorandums, tour books, opinion of values and other similar materials.
  • Responsible for compiling research and collecting data for projects and assignments, correspondence, reports and spreadsheets.
  • Serves as the coordinator for marketing activities for brokerage associates to include developing targeted campaigns and distributing listings through Colliers’ automated email marketing system.
  • Interface with clients and customers relative to property listings or prospective tenants for properties listed by the Company
  • Proactively address marketing issues and responsibilities for various team members.
  • Coordinate all electronic marketing
  • Uses knowledge of current graphic design software to produce graphic art and visual materials for promotions, advertisements, packaging, and informative materials.
  • Maintains files pertinent to assigned brokerage associates and is familiar with all Company resources to include databases, internet sites and reference materials
  • Maintains web based listing services such as Loopnet, Costar and Colliers.
  • Administers brokerage support through REApps.
  • Responds to telephone and e-mail inquiries on listed properties so long as this does not exceed acceptable responses according to SC Real Estate law.
  • Assists with the administration of the Industrial, Land and Commercial Columbia, South Carolina and regional group.
  • Answers calls/ relays messages, maintains calendars, assists with scheduling appointments and travel arrangements as requested
  • Assists in the coordination of corporate events and trade shows.
  • Provides backup for the switchboard on an as need basis

Knowledge:

Superior knowledge of Business English and Composition

Superior knowledge of Microsoft Office Software, including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Outlook, Adobe, Indesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, GIS, and HTML

Skills:

Ability to create business correspondence

Excellent spelling, grammar and composition skills

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Ability to work effectively with multiple personnel

Ability to exercise sound judgment and discretion

Ability to handle situations independently within the scope of the position

Self-motivated and directed

High level of concentration and attention to detail

Ability to handle projects of a complex and confidential nature
