Marketing Consultant

Description

The Marketing Consultant serves as central point of contact between the client, strategy partners, and execution teams involved in delivering on a given project. Responsibilities include:

Assessing client requests and refining based on resource capacity, deadlines and budget

Serving as manager over a defined scope of the collateral budget and associated work output

Overseeing and ensure that the work meets Kaiser Permanente requirements, state and federal regulations, translation requirements, 508-compliance, and NCQA requirements

Manage the visibility of the work and alignment of expectations for all stakeholders throughout the project

Anticipate client needs and propose solutions and ideas proactively.

Maintain knowledge of current industry trends concerning assigned clients

Additional requirements include having a general enthusiasm for your work and inquisitiveness into the work of our division and the organization. You will also be a champion of organizational priorities and be skilled at adjusting work plans and projects to align to changes in priority and support continuous improvement by identifying issues and recommending changes.

The successful Marketing Consultant will represent an enterprise perspective in large cross functional meetings and have experience with organizing the project kick offs, manage delivery schedules, and will document all critical information and tracking milestones in workflow management system. You will seek opportunities for collaboration with other product area point people in the division to leverage work and ensure coordinated efforts and consistent messaging.

Minimum Knowledge/Skills Requirements

Basic or limited – Familiarity with a workflow management system (Workamajig knowledge is a plus)

Intermediate – Knowledge of print production, digital, and web workflow.

Intermediate – Writing and editing skills. Experience with full spectrum of media: print, web, email, social, broadcast. Understanding of web and print design and production basics. Comfort with complex database systems.

Intermediate – Ability to serve as a consultant to internal clients and stakeholders; determine needs versus desires and gain agreement on the deliverables

Preferred Knowledge/Skills

Intermediate – Experience managing projects in the Workamajig project management system

Advanced – Knowledge of print production, digital, and web workflow.

Advanced Writing and editing skills. Experience with full spectrum of media: print, web, email, social, broadcast. Understanding of web and print design and production basics. Comfort with complex database systems.
