The Marketing Associate will be a member of a Marketing Team for one of NYC’s top-producing commercial real estate brokerage team.

Candidate must easily adapt to an ever-changing environment. Strong communication, writing, and organizational skills are necessary. The ideal candidate would be highly professional and skilled at prioritizing and coordinating multiple tasks.

Responsibilities:

Creation and execution of marketing collateral, including but not limited to Monthly Newsletter, Listing Packages, Event Invitations
Assist in e-mail marketing program, creating and sending e-mail campaigns using Extact Target/Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Event planning and production, including maintaining vendor relationships and event design
Research market information
Ensure proper flow of information, pursuing detailed follow-through, as necessary
Transaction management and due diligence coordination
Member of the Marketing Team – Must be able to multitask and assist in all marketing roles when needed

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
2-3 years of marketing experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint are preferred
Proficiency in Photoshop & InDesign preferred
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, flexible environment
Experience working in Real Estate preferred, but not required
