Marketing Assistant- Westville Campus

The Westville campus has a vacancy for a Marketing Assistant.

The Marketing Assistant forms part of the marketing department including the Vice Principal Marketing and Student Advisors.

The Marketing Assistant duties include:
Accurate capturing of student interview forms and applications

Processing of all change of details forms for prospective students

Student correspondence

Working cooperatively with Student Advisors with respect to all database statistics for marketing reports

Responsible for all marketing stock and promotional materials

Responsible for managing the Student Advisors’ diaries

Ensuring that all consulting rooms are ready with appropriate information sheets and files

Assisting Student Advisors with all database administration and associated correspondence

Assisting the Campus Administrator with capturing of registration documents during peak periods

Competencies:
High level of accuracy required in both typing and data capturing

Best suited to a systematic person with an eye for detail

Excellent organisational and administration skills

Fully computer literate with MS Office capabilities

Education:
Matric essential

Minimum of a tertiary certificate

Work Experience:
Minimum of 1-2 years marketing/ admin experience

Working Conditions:
Own car and drivers license essential
