Marketing Assistant Part Time (2-3 Days/week)

Well established Multi-Doctor Dental Office with emphasis in cosmetic, implant and sedation dentistry seeking a Marketing Assistant to help grow business and generate new patient referrals.

The ideal candidate must be well versed in all aspects of developing and executing marketing strategies. Candidate must possess the following attributes; intelligent, outgoing, positive, enthusiastic, dependable, hard-working and career oriented. Dental experience is preferred.

Job description includes but is not limited to the following:

Develop and execute the marketing plan and strategy for the business.

Promote the practice and its products including graphics, brochures, mailers, or other promotional products. Implement, manage, evaluate and benchmark advertising campaigns Manage all aspects of advertising initiatives to prospective patients. Including social media. Manage, forecast, and track marketing budget.

Monitor, review and report on marketing activities and ROI within budget.

Qualifications & Skills required: Experience with writing marketing copy and digital artwork design. Experience with creating sales presentations Requires excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.

Experience with WordPress.com

Infusion Soft experience a plus.
